We aim to keep our exchange process simple and customer-friendly 🤍
 
1. Size Exchange
•If you face any size issues after receiving your sandal/shoe, please message us on our Facebook or Instagram page, or call us directly at +880 19 2040 0168.
•We request you to open the parcel and try the product in front of the delivery person.
•If you are unavailable during delivery, please inform us immediately after receiving and checking the parcel in case of any issue.
 
2. Delivery Charges
•Inside Dhaka: Tk 80–100 (depending on weight and quantity).
•Outside Dhaka: Tk 150.
 
3. Return Policy
•We do not encourage paid returns. Every order goes through processing, thorough checking and packaging, and handling before being handed over to our delivery partners, which involves time and effort. We always provide real pictures of our products. So we kindly request customers to avoid placing random orders without proper consideration.
 
If a customer refuses to receive the parcel without a valid reason (e.g., simply not liking it), then:
•Inside Dhaka: The customer must pay Tk 150 delivery charge instead of the regular Tk 80.
•This rule applies to Dhaka deliveries only.
 
4. Our Responsibility
•If there is any mistake or defect from our side, the exchange will be processed without any additional delivery charge.
